Magaluf or Gran Canaria?

Question

Which place is best as by the looks of things, Gran Canaria is the g*y captial of Europe?

I'm looking somewhere with some nightlife so which is the best and also how much is it roughly to drink in bars in either place.

i've been to both & very much enjoyed both, it all depends on what you are looking for (I won't go into that)

And it all depends on how many of you are going - the more the better.

Magaluf is full of bars with drinks promos and Newcastle slappers - it's a bit like Ibiza for northerners.  Gran Canaria has loads of good resorts too, it's hard to compare a whole island with a single resort though.

Either or, wherever you go out of those two, you'll prob still need a trip to your local GUM clinic when you get back.
