Magazine help?

I am making a magazine (online) and I need help with several things. First, I am having trouble finding a staff. Next, i can't think of all the columns and.... Well it's tough. Any advice?

just go where you are interested in. write about what interests you. for staff, get your friends or family. and have fun

Why not check out other online mags and see what they offer and create something slightly different and new. Good luck!!
