Magazine subscriptions and issues?

which is which?

like is a subscription one where you only get ONE magazine or is a subscription when you get magazines throughout the whole year??

please? im so confused.

when you get a subscription, you get them periodically throughout the year. I have a subscription for Teen Vogue, and I get one every month. It depends on the magazine that you order when you get them. Magazine issues are just one. Like for teen vogue, I just today got the march issue. Usually you just buy single issues like at the store, like in the check out line, you see millions of magazines, those are issues.
