Magellan Maestro 4250 GPS Power Failure

We just bought the Magellan GPS and now we can't turn it on. In the course of two days it work fine. Seems to have no power or maybe the on/off switch isn't working??? Tried home outlet, car outlet, and computer power supplies. Tried using the reset button. Nothing. Any ideas?
