  1. EW! Go wash your mouth..then sue those b*****s!

  2. omggg thats ******** gross! yeahh i'd definatly sue their asss... you could have eaten them, and gotten real sick, which isn't good, and ew... not very tasty im guessing. i would go back there, demand a refund, and let them know ur sewing them, and also never eat there again! (well i wouldn't). soo yeah, ur gonna be making some nice money there, have fun!

  3. Take it back nand demand a refund.  Refuse to talk to no one but the manager and hopefully he'll do something about it..threaten to sue.  But I think you can only really get any money if you get sick.  Get SICK!

  4. SUE THEM! You could get maybe $5000 for being traumatized, plus what you paid for the burger.

You'll have to go to your city hall or courthouse and fill out some papers and pay the fee. When you get a court date you have to have the owner of the restaurant served with a subpoena so he knows he's being sued and why and when.

You can serve the subpoena yourself or pay a fee to the sheriffs office to do it.

When you come to court, you'll present your case, and your evidence. Of course, you did save some of that hamburger with the maggots and still have the receipt.

If an employee saw the maggots you can subpoena him to be your witness. Yes, that's good. If an employee will be your witness and say he saw the maggots in there you'll probably do good.

  5. OMG. That's f****n sick. Sue their asses. Get that money. Out of curiousity, where did you get the burger from???

  6. Call the local media!

    Call the local health inspectors!

Chances are you will spend/lose more tryintg to sue them!
