Magic Cards - i need help building a deck?

i need help to build a Discard deck, i dont know what cards i should put into it.

Well, you definitely want to go with black. I would suggest the following cards:

toughseize

duress

recoil

Megrim (pretty good with magus of the jar/memory jar)

memory jar/magus of the jar

Stupor

funeral charm/p****y charm

ravenous rats

thrull surgeon

Mindslicer

Don't forget the ever amazing Hypnotic Specter.  

Thoughtsieze is a good choice, as is Duress.

You'll need some creature removal as well, to deal with things that make in onto the table before you make your opponent discard them.

Black...is the color you want.  Many creatures make opponents discard and a lot of discard spells.
