Magic Jack Help?

When someone calls me i can't hear them but they can hear me when i talk. I try everything their website said and it still doesn't help. Also on my magic jack pad it says someone on my phone is calling some 800 number when no one is even on the phone.

Magicjack has virtually NO customer service. Go to their home page, http://www.magicjack.com and click on 'Customer Care' near the bottom. Then click on the 'fix Magicjack problems' area.. That should correct any issues. Or, try this: http://www.magicjack.com/1/magicfix.asp
