ok heres is your #1 problem.

your deck needs focus. it needs a main stategy that all cards in the deck will work togather to carry out.

right now you have like 1 of every card. thats bad

what you should do is pick the 10 best cards (or 10 cards that best work togather and get 4 of each of them). so what are you going for? beatdown, burn, draw?

in addition you have too many lands. you shouldnt go above 22 (20 is best) unless you are playing a special type of deck.

the fact that u are playing red blue might be due to the following reason:

counterspell /burn

draw /burn

beatdown (yes, blue red can play beatdown too)

Land D (yes, Land D is possible)
