Magic chef model rc203pd no water getting to ice...

Question

i am getting no water to the ice or water outlet. i am not sure but i don't seem to have any power to the water control valve. i can hear the ice auger turning when the switch is activated adn the light works. i have water coming into the dual control valve but none going out. i just bought this fridge used and don't know if it worked before since it was not hooked up
