Magic childhood experiences?

when i was five me and my friend were playing in some tall grass, then out of the blue i saw a green creature with red wings, it hissed and raored. (i was scared out of my mind) after that i grew up praticeing magic. (and i am confused and scared of my abilities) i think some ppl are just ment to see these things. is there any kids who have? if there are i would happly e-mail them!

I don't think that's actually what you saw. Either you made it up, or you misinterpreted what you really saw.

I grew up in a religiously neutral setting but I admit I always leaned towards the mystical.  When I was about 8 my best friend Diana and I believed that we were children of the moon.  We would sit up at night and talk to our moon mother and cry over how much we missed her, we talked about shapeshifting one day and the other gifts our mother would give us as we got older.  This went on for quite some time as our mothers thought it was cute. :)  

About 4 years later I discovered paganism and felt like I had been found.

When I was about 6, I had a dream that I was running down an alley with a couple thugs chasing me... Eventually they caught me and started slugging me until I was on my back.

Then one of them pulled out a knife and cut my throat. I remember the warmth of the blood all over my neck and chest... Then one of those thugs started reaching in my neck and I felt them pull on something... I remember waking up not knowing what that guy was doing in my throat.

It wasn't until I was older that I learned what a Sicilian neck tie was...

I know some people say I must have seen it in a movie. But when I was 6 years old, my parents were very careful about the movies I saw (Over did it if you ask me, but that's a whole different subject).

That dream was so vivid I can still remember the guys faces, especially the one that was reaching into my throat... He almost looked like he was kinda disgusted by it. The suits they were wearing (Circa roaring 20's).

Anyways, This was the first of many odd dreams. Mostly dreaming about moments in the future. Nothing dramatic, just moments like knowing when a cat will walk by a door, or being in a room with certain people before I have even met those people.

Most of these moments are so sporatic and happen so fast that it takes just a couple seconds for me to recognize them before they happen.

Sure wish I could dream about something useful like lotto numbers or a winning hand...

When I was 11 or 12 I appointed myself "Guardian of the Forest" and would run around in the woods with my special piece of white driftwood that was my 'magic staff'.

I would visit special clearings in the woods, deliver "blessings", sit on a rock or a log in the middle and stare at the clouds - making up stories, predicting the future and stuff.

Also, I had my own system of dieties - The Queen of Summer, the King of Winter, the Prince of Fall and the Princess of Spring, and a special locket that I would use to converse with the "Four Winds".

abilities? practice magic all you want, but abilities dont come with the package, or else all the wiccans would be taking over by now. would you mind explaining your "abilities"? ive been rather good with them in the past. as for the beast you saw, magic was not involved, but interesting experience.

Yes some people are meant to hear/see/feel things.  Im not sure by the terms magic you mean clairavoyance.  If so then yes I have seen things but never an animal like creature.  But I bet it was a pretty thrilling experience.:)
