Magic jack problem

Question

i have a magic jack and i can just talk for 1 hour and then it automatically hangs up. then when i try to redial the number it takes at least 5 attempts to get ahold of the person i was talking to and most of the time i can not get through on the phone and have to use my mouse or keyboard to enter te number before it starts to work again. so please if any ideas let me know. thanks
