in magic the gathering if you clone a mnaster then the other player kills the orignal you cloned does the clone die aswell?

  1. Nope, Clone stays in play.  Check the link listed in my sources for more info.


  2. The clone is a seperate creature from the first creature.  If one dies, that doesn't mean that the other would die.

  3. No the clone would not die just because what you cloned is dead once it copies a creature it remains of copy of that until clone leaves play either by dying or being returned too your hand or removed form play.

  4. clones will not die just because the orginal died.

    however if your clone is sent to the graveyard it is actually removed from the game.

    b/c clones arent really cards there just copies.

    kinda like tokens there there until they leave the feild then you can re-use them if another card will bring them back or if you need more tokens.
