Does 3 Mudbrawler Cohort gets 3/3 or those 3 gets only 2/2?

No. Mudbrawler's cohort ability will not produce more than one +1/+1 bonus, even if you have more than 1 red permanent.

The way the ability is worded (mudbrawler cohort gets +1/+1 as long as you control another red permanent) won't allow for multiple instances of the +1/+1 bonus.

Actually, each will only get +1/+1 because the text of the cards say that “…gets +1/+1 as long as you control another red creature.” This bonus is a static ability that is in effect as long as you control another red creature. The bonus does not apply multiple times if you control multiple creatures.
