If i have more than one fatespinner out at a time, does my opponent skip multiple phases, or can they just choose the same phase to skip more than once?

Basically, does this card's effect stack onto itself?

  1. The opponent can choose the same phase multiple times if they want to. It does stack.

The rulings for the card are at the bottom of the page in the following link.

  2. well yes but no, what i mean is that yes you have to chose twice but you can chose the same phase twice, so i chose not to have a draw phase for the firs one and not to have a  draw phase for the second one, the only thing that happens is that you dont draw a card, for that turn

    hope this is clear
