Is Wound Reflection affected by Furnace of Wrath? Do they work off each other?

No, Wound Reflection deals its damage out in terms of life loss, not damage.  But if you can deal damage to an opponent which is doubled by Furnace of Rath, the opponent loses whatever damage is dealt as lost life at the end of the turn. (i.e., Lightning Bolt for 3, which is then doubled to 6.  At the end of the turn, the opponent loses 6 life.)
