Magicjack problems

Question

I can not hear the person clearly I'm speaking with, and it is especially bad when I have serveral windows open it is really bad. My voice and the callers voice is skipping and going in and out of volume. What can I do to fix this problem. Also, calls are rarely clear when I have one window open. I am running windows vista.
