If you get on the bus to go to town and the goats and chickens are too quiet. Can you think in your head to make the man who is going to get off at the next stop to get up and let you sit down in the seat?

Why would you want him to get off at the next stop if it was not his stop?

Yes. But do not think in words, think in pictures.  See him getting up to give you the seat.  Send that image at him. You also have to know when to move.  At some point he will see the picture of himself getting up, at that moment you need to give him a quick look and start to move to toward the seat.  He will think it was his idea, and that you picked up on his thought. With a little work you will get it right.  Works well with animals too. Does not work well with strong willed people.
