Magna Bugle and Black Oir will fight for first place in the Grade IR Bags/Sis Easter Bunny Stayers Final
With odds of 4 to 5, Magna Bugle is the favourite for the Grade IR Bags/Sis Easter Bunny Stayers Final at Sunderland, which will take place on 20th March, 2012. The race will be run over a distance of 640 metres for £350.
He will be competing against tough competitors like Black Oir, North Jura, Druids Misty Mo, Druids Gloria and Reluctant Chance.
The son of Westmead Joe, out of Farloe Princess, has been racing at different venues such as Sunderland, Doncaster and Sheffield.
He finished third in the Grade HP Williamhill.com Stakes at Sunderland on 1st
March, 2012. He finished the 640 metres course in 41.05 seconds, whereas Toems Gold, the first place winner covered the distance in 40.61 seconds.
He acquired the same position in the Williamhill.com Stakes at the same venue on 8th March 2012. He finished in 40.87 seconds, whereas the winner Druids Misty Mo finished in 40.81 seconds.
After finishing third twice in a row, he acquired a victory in the Grade IR Bags/Sis Easter Bunny KS Heat 1 at Sunderland on 15th March, 2012, much to the satisfaction of his trainer, S. Linley.
He defeated Black Oir over 640 metres by a large distance of 6 ½ lengths in 40.55 seconds.
Linley is hoping that he will excel in this race as well.
Competing against Magna Bugle is Druids Misty Mo, who has the advantage of running over the Sunderland track for a good part of her career.
The daughter of Westmead Hawk, out of Druids Smokey, has been racing at Sunderland since her career started on 30th November, 2011.
Under J. Teal’s training her performance has been steady and solid. She acquired placed positions in her last three races.
She was placed third in the Grade HP William Hill – The Home Of Betting Stakes on 28th February, 2012. She finished the course in, Clonlost Alfie, who finished second in 40.61 seconds, and Reluctant Chance, who finished first
in 40.45 seconds. Her own winning time was 40.61 seconds as well, but she finished a short-head behind Clonlost Alfie.
In her next race on 8th March, 2012, she emerged victorious from the Grade HP Williamhill.com Stakes, where she successfully defeated, Macys Magic, by a short-head distance and bagged the prize of £123.
In the Grade IR Bags/Sis Easter Bunny KS Heat 2, she was narrowly edged out by Bushy Ace by ½ a length. She will be racing with the odds of 11 to 4.
Black Oir is also a respectable runner aiming to secure a placed finish in this race.
She will be going head to head against, Magna Bugle, who defeated her in the Grade IR Bags/Sis Easter Bunny KS Heat 1 at Sunderland on 15th March, 2012. This will be her chance to defeat all competition, and lead the race.
P. Miller was pleased with her recent performance as she finished last in the race before that, which was the Grade HP William Hill –The Home Of Betting Stakes at Sunderland on 6th March, 2012.
The speculations are that Magna Bugle will finish first, but Black Oir looks fit enough to challenge her. Chances are that Druids Misty Mo may finish third.
