Magnavox 50" plasma Won't Power on/Shut's...

Question

I have a 1 year old 50" Magnavox Plasma set (Model 50MF231D) that turns on for about 2 secs (no display) then turns itself off after about 3 secs. I turn it back on using either the remote or the side manual power and the green led stay's on for a few secs then goes into 4 red blinking LED lights. Could this be a power supply problem? Any help and suggestions for fixing would be greatly appreciated............
