Magnavox Model # RK 5530 AK02 TV

Question

The original remote has been lost, how do I get the TV tuned back to
channel 3 without the remote? We have a cable box and DVD connected to
the TV, so the loss of the TV remote was not a problem until the set
was unplugged and now we cannot get it to lock onto channel 3 to USE
the cable & DVD. Thanks for any and all help. Lono
