I have had leg cramps my entire life (especially bad knees). I just spotted a magnesium supplement in my house and on the back it read symptoms of magnesium deficiency: leg cramps, migraines, fatigue." I have felt and complained of both fatigue and leg cramps for as long as i can remember.

what will happen if i start taking this supplement but i don't really need it????

  1. my pharmacist told me to take magnesium for my leg cramps ..I was getting them mostly at night ot early in the morning ..it helped a lot ..I take 200 mg a day ..never heard it could hurt you in any way ..on my bottle it says "Supports nerve , muscle and heart health" .as long as you don't over do it and take too much I sure would give it a try
