Magnetic Canadian pennies?

Question

Who knew? I didn't. Discovered by accident today that some Canadian pennies are magnetic. I have a 2003, 6, 7, 8 that are magnetic but a 2005 that isn't. Haven't found a 2004 yet. Anyone know what the deal is with the pennies?

yes it's true a 2006 magnetic no mint mark has a good value. i still save all 2006's that might be a dollar each the one i found magnetic and no mint mark they say is very rare they say many are looking for them.i go to my bank and rolls of pennies is what i get usually 50 2006's in 20 rolls. i don't know why this is happening  but its a nice change.
