Sri Lankan Skipper, Mahela Jayawardene, praised the contributions of his players after their 3rd match of Commonwealth Bank against India ended in a pulsating finish with both sides sharing the spoils at the Adelaide Oval.

“Lasith has been the difference. He has been in these situations, you know. We have lost some matches, he has won some matches for us, no issues with him. He will come back strong," said Jayawardane after the fast bowler missed two run outs along with giving
away 8 match-tying runs in his last over.
The 34-year-old skipper also commented on all-rounder http://www.senore.com/Cricket/AD-Mathews-c913, who was punished for 15 in the 49th over of match.
"I feel he (Mathews) is ready now to take more responsibility. Apart from those couple of bad balls, I thought he bowled a very, very good over,” Jayawardane said.
The Sri Lankans were exceptional on the field, keeping their opponents under check with four direct-hit run-outs; however, a few costly fumbles restricted them from claiming their first win on tour.
Keeping this in mind, the Lankan Captain wants his side to rectify their inaccuracies quickly and come back with a winning attitude for the remainder of the series. “The way we are making mistakes we need to be a bit more focused. And try and be ruthless
in finishing games off,” said Jayawardene.
