Mahjong Quest III

Question

I have installed and uninstalled the game twice. Supposedly I deleted the origianl game. However, when i open the game to play i get a query that I have another game going and will I please close it. I don't know which game it is although I still have two icons on my computer screen. Also when I get to the point of teh game that says do you want to give halof yo9ur points to move ahead, I choose no and the game won't move forward. I have to shut it down and start it againl.
