The defender claims that both the managers are winners, and as a result they end up managing their teams and dictate orders in the same manner.
"All winning managers are the same, they show this passion," said the defender in a recent interview.
“All winning coaches are the same - if Ferguson has the hairdryer, Roberto has the same passion.”
“Roberto is no different. He’s a winning manager like the other ones so he has the same passion.”

Despite Mancini having been caught up in a number of arguments with rival managers on the sidelines, the team doesn’t seem to doubt his passion.
Maicon believes that him and the rest of the team are well aware of the fact that Mancini is always fighting for them, and this always helps spur the team on.
He also admitted that he had been playing for teams that had won big in the past, and based on his experience he claimed that all managers who achieve big things tend to make their fair share of contributions. As a result, it is only fair to say that some
contribute with their fiery attitude and no nonsense behaviour.
The full back then went on to add: “All the teams I played in have won, so all the managers I have worked with have made their contribution.”
So far this season City haven’t been playing at the level that they should have been playing at. The team has been rather average, and despite them winning a number of games, they have already gone on to crash out of the league cup.
City have also proven that their defence is nowhere near the level that it needs to be at, which is something that Mancini needs to address.
Should the manager tap into the mentality that Maicon claims he has, he is bound to help the team get on the right track in the near future.
