Mail Delivery...?

Is there a website where I can look up how many residents in a particular town get mail delivered to their home?

I live in a town within a town, and we do not get mail delivered on our street. Some residents do. The Post Office is only open during regular business hours (the same most of us work), and closes for 1 1/2 hours every mid-day for lunch! Closed on weekends.

I downloaded the petittion from the Post Master Generals website...but I wanted to be armed with as much info. as possible before presenting it to the town postmaster.
