Mailbox settings in 360?

Question

I have all of my settings set to public on my 360. Yet, I'm told by several people that my mailbox shows that they are blocked from sending me mail.

Am I missing a setting someplace that I need to adjust.

If you can give me simple instructions, to show me exactly which page to go to, and then step by step how to fix, I'd appreciate it.

Probably your privacy settings. Up at the top of any of your 360 pages is the toolbar .. choose the option SETTINGS .. on this page choose from the list on the left hand side up the top of the page.. Communication..

There are three options there.. one is for your messages.. it should be set to Everyone on 360 ... for anyone to be able to send you mail..

The only other reason that they should be blocked is  if you have put someone on your ignore list they will not be able to send mail to you. To check and see that this is not the problem.. on the toolbar check the option FRIENDS and on that page on the left hand side choose your list of people on ignore.

Or as buggy as our pages have been recently.. it may be a yahoo bug a boo in your mailbox.
