Mailing/Shipping Time from Canada to U.S?

I want to mail a home-made DVD from Kingston, Ontario to Los Angeles, CA.

Does anyone know if I would mail this a special way, how much it would cost, and more importantly how long would it take?

If you send it by  express post that maybe $20-30,and 2-3 business days. Try  UPS  they have  next day delivery, But I don't know the price not more than that,  I guess . UPS phone #  [phone]
