Mailing food?

Can you mail things like candy to and from countries, e.g. America to Europe or vice versa? What about liquids?

  1. Yes, my friends mail me candies and snacks from London al the time. I have send them the food items too. But I've been told that there is always a chance the customs might pry into it, so before you open it, make sure the wrappers intact. I am not sure about liquids, but it is kinda inconvenient to mail, there's a chance they will break even if you put "Fragile" stickers on the packages. I have received broken CDs despite the stickers.


  2. I mail chocolate to my grandmother ALL the time. Yes I am pretty sure you can. But just to be sure you could visit your local Post office and ask them about it that is there job.
