Main aspect of 'Telekinesis'?

What is something that is like the main...spark..the thing thats NEEDED besides concentration/focus...visualizing the psi wheel moving? Telling it? Feeling it move?

it might be "outside pressure",or aetheric energy  or believing in yourself , or may be is related to the Casimir force .....but if you have practice and succeed you should have noticed what is this 'spark' you are looking for...

You need to stop shopping at the new age shop and start shopping at the magic shop.

Telekinesis is a magicians trick. You might impress your friends, and get a cool reputation for it, but if telekinesis existed at all, Randi's Million Dollar Challenge would have been won long ago.

The key is, if you really want telekinesis you have to stop thinking of it as a psychic trick, and think of it as a magic trick. Otherwise you are going to be staring at the psi wheel forever.

Lack of critical sense and being easily delusional comes to mind.  That is the one thing that enables people to believe that telekinesis could exist.

Sorry, but telekinesis isn't real. Nobody has ever demonstrated it. There is nothing we know about the biology of the human mind that would suggest that such powers are possible. All attempts to demonstrate telekinesis have been utter failures. The only tattered thread that paranormalists hang onto is the pathological science done by the PEAR group at Princeton which claims to have influenced a random number generator by an incredibly tiny amount. Both their methods and their conclusions have been soundly criticized as full of errors. Don't waste your time.
