  1. Speed and impatience.

  3. People who are in a hurry and don't use their heads.

  4. Lack of attention. So anything that takes your attention from the road, can increase your chances of being in accident.

    AZ traffic school and driver's ed instructor for 5+ Years, and probably 40-50% of my students were in class with speeding tickets.  Police write more speeding tickets than all other tickets combined!

People not paying attention when driving and the multitude of distractions like cell phones (especially cell phones!), putting on make up, looking away from the road due to distraction(s) in the car, people with a lot (too much) on there mind, it's all about me attitude, etc.  If you are a really good driver, you pay attention, you are looking out for others and yourself.
