This is a recurring problem today. I cannot see any threads and have no clue how to remedy as the instruction book says NOTHING about this. Please help. I have had this machine about a year and a half and have only just recently started to use it. The first time this happened I was able to quickly remove a caught thread, This time, I have spent an hour on it to no avail. I have never had this problem with any of my other machines (Berninas), just with my two Pfaffs. Very disappointing for an expensive machine.Thank you.
