Main start button tool bar switched to right side of screen?

I somehow accidentally switched my main toolbar with the start button to the right side of my screen. How do I put it back to the bottom?

This is a quick fix....just click on the grey somewhere and drag it back to the bottom..

Left Click not right

Right Click on the toolbar where it is blank and click on the lock the taskbar item so that it is unchecked then click and drag the taskbar towards the bottom of your scree until it moves there, then right click it again and check the lock the taskbar item.
