you don't need to make any reservations for any dinner in Singapore. Unless you are out to impress somebody or you are arriving late for dinner.

Dont have the number, but ther are manyu good ones next to Superbowl at Marina SOuth. Try the one near the SUperbowl which is right at the corner at one end, just next to the Bus Stop.
