Maine Restaurant question. Portland Maine.?

Theres a place I saw on tv located in Portland, ME and I forgot the name. Ive been seaching everywhere but cant find it.

Im supposed to go for my bday in a month.

Okay so its a one word restaurant and they make your food in front of you.

thats all I remember.

Any ideas?

is it david's restaurant? i know they have an open kitchen and you can watch them make your food...my boyfriend used to work there...

EDIT: The actual name is David's Creative Cuisine...it was voted Best of New England 2008...

Do you remember what kind of food the restaurant served? Were you thinking of Fuji? That's a Japanese restaurant in the Old Port that serves food in front of you in the downstairs part of the restaurant. . .

David's restaurant also has good ambiance & live music some nights.
