  1. As explained by mark j  it varies on a number of things 1.The amount used or demand created at any one time

    2.The position of your dwelling  i.e. top of a block of flats has slightly less than a house based at the bottom of a valley with reservoir above the level of said house

    3. The amount of pumps they have in the area of usage

    So you see it varies but it is usually in the region of 5/10 bar pressure


  2. Water pressure is not constant. It changes in response to the demands placed on the water system.
