I'm 19 years old, and I onyl have a few extra pounds. I am clost to getting abs, but I'm just wondering something. Once a guy has nice defind abs; how easy is it to maintain abs? Would eating fast-food once a week harm your abs? I work-out as much as I can, and I'm improving my diet.

  1. As long as you keep your body fat low, your abs will continue to show.  If you work real hard to get your abs, then stop exercising once you have them, you probably won't have them for long.  You can eat fast food if you want, but you'd also have to burn those calories off again, so it depends on how much you want to work out.  You'll probably find a good balance for yourself eventually.

  2. I've managed to maintain my abs since I can remeber having them as a young kid. I'm very sporty, and workout 4 times a week. However, I usually have one cheat meal per week and I've never lost that definition.

  3. Would eating fast food once a week harm your abs? The answer is a definite no. You're young enough to burn off all the calories you eat from that burger in your sleep, let alone through vigorous exercise.

Keep it up, and don't stress it out. You'll get your abs one day. :)

  4. No fast food, no processed food, no sugar, no dairy, no bakery.

  5. "abs are made in the kitchen" -Anthony Ellis.

Keep you body fat percentile below 10% if you want to see your abs.

If you dont know how to do this - by a caliper.

    Do the 9-point body-fat check.

if you dont know what the heck Im talking about - get Anthony Ellis's progam "GAINING MASS"

I think his site is called massology.com
