  1. So, a retired general makes an accusation and there should be a trial?

Last time I heard it takes more than an accusation to have a case go to trial.

Wait, let me guess, since the accusation is against President Bush, and since you don't like him it's okay violate his rights.

  2. For the doubters or deniers who know and wish the Commander in Thief to escape culpability:

"Retired Gen. Taguba: Bush Administration Committed "War Crimes"

    June 19, 2008 11:12 AM

Writing the forward to a Physicians for Human Rights study of 11 former detainees who were apparently tortured by US military personnel and later released, Army Maj. General Antonio Taguba (Ret.) writes that "there is no longer any doubt as to whether the current administration has committed war crimes. The only question that remains to be answered is whether those who ordered the use of torture will be held to account."

  3. Lets not forget about all of those democratic congressmen/women who approved what is going on & has kept voting to fund it.

  4. So,the accusation makes them guilty?

Perhaps you don't understand how the Legal System works. See some retired General making an accusation is not grounds for an indictment, unless he has physical proof of the crime. Obviously no one does,or the Libs would already have indicted Bush long ago. Yet oddly even though they claim everday that he broke the law, they have yet to do anything. h**l they even vote for the funds to continue the war!

So the trials for War Crimes will start when? Never would be my guess.
