how do you eat them? can you chew them? and do you eat all of it? like do u eat the stem or the other part?

what you want to do is chew on them for a really long time in the corner of your mouth until it's like a paste, then swallow them. And swallow all of the saliva. Do this on a empty stomach. And eat all of it. Stems and caps contain psilocibin

ok first dont go hunting for the mushrooms yourself because they can be poisonous, if you have a mushroom that is covered in mold or is colored black or dark brown on the top dont eat it.

ones you found it take a low dose no more than 1 gram wait like an hour o 90 minutes to see if it did something to you and if i didnt then you can eat more.. try not to have any commitments for a day right after you eat them because you can feel weird and not understand anything..

and the moooost important part is to do it in a calm enviornment where you KNOW you can be relaxed forest is best jaja AND be with people you REALLY trust and know that they are not going to scare you or play a trick its a very intense trip.

Eat the lot.

They don't kill brain cells, alchohol does that.

Mix with honey for nicer taste.

Or boil for at least 10 mins then make a cup of T/coffee with the strained water.
