Major Help with Room Design please!

Question

Hey Everyone!

Please help me decide colors for my room, i'm 16 and i'm moving into a new bedroom, and i really want to do something pretty sweet. My room before was pink walls, and a zebra design on one of the main walls...i want to out do this, so i have this idea..

i want to copy Melissa Marie's idea on her wall,

except have my name

i love the colors, and if i go through with this i would use those same colors, the walls in the room are white right now, but i really want them another color.

what color would look good with those colors in the name?

please help!

If you're 16, you should think about the future already. Determine where your room is located and pick the color that represents that direction. If your room in the southwest, use pink, white, green and gray colors. If it it in the north - blue, white, turquoise colors. You can find all the rules here. http://www.traditional-fengshui.com

Use anything in the painting as well as the metallics - this would certainly add the punch that you're looking for. Sounds like color is not an obstacle for you, so you may want to play up one of the colors on a wall, bed coverings, window dressings, etc. Use more wrought iron black or metalics for any accessories like bed stand, photo or art frames. Try some leather fabrics pillows, chair cushions, etc. with metal detailing. Have fun and Good luck. LT
