It's been happening since about 2 or 3 yrs ago. It happens all the time, I've had an X-ray, and MRI (still waiting for the results of the MRI) and It happened again when I was biking today! Its always my left knee.

Look at the Left part of your left knee there is a little bone sticking out, it feels like that's dislocating, or maybe its under my knee cap, anyways if you know anything about this please tell me. To fix it i usually have to lay on the floor, bent my knee 90 degrees and make my left foot touch my right knee if you know what i mean. anyways i forgot to say that i dislocated it pretty badly this year in the winter, I had to wear a brace for about 2 months! anyways im sick of this please help!

  1. There is no long-term solution or home remedy that is going to help other than constantly wearing a brace that keeps your knee in a constant neutral position.  Possibly your only option at this point is surgery.  If the ligaments or tendons around the knee cap have become lax, only tightening them up surgically will help.  Ask for a referral to a specialist and see what they can offer you.
