Major Kusanagi (Ghost in the Shell) vs. Baki the Grappler, who'd win?

shon d? Let me prove you wrong my friend. Although the Major is a fantastic fighter, she doesn't stand on Baki level of fighting skills--his skills which he gotten from his awesome father (the best anime character fighter ever). Baki would make the Major collaspe in her cyberbody, and cause her network system to malfuction with complete errors!
