Major heart pain! HELP!?

Question

My heart (or at least that side of my chest) hurts really badly. I cant lie on it and if i move my left arm it adds onto the pain. I've done coke in the past and think it could be related. Please help, I know how wrong it is but I can't take it back and just can't take the pain.

Call 911, NOW!!! you could be having a heart attack and you need medical attention immediately. Nurses and DR.s are not there to judge what you did in the past, they are there to be proffesional and treat you to their best of their ability.

Man, if  you experiencing these pains... it really can't be good.

Additional symptoms:

    *  Pain in the upper belly, often mistaken for heartburn.

    * Sweating.

    * Nausea and vomiting.

    * Trouble breathing.

    * A feeling that their heart is racing or pounding (palpitations).

    * Feeling weak or very tired.

    * Feeling dizzy or fainting.

You should call 911 if you're feeling 'em!

IF your left arm feels numb, call 911.

If youve been lifting things around, you could have pulled a muscle.

Or you could have an inflamed breast bone.

I do, i felt like I was having a heart attack and almost called 911.

But I didn't because I was only like 15.

I went to the docs the next day and found out.
