  1. have you tried a heating pad over your lower abdomen. that helps to relax the muscles.

  2. this happens to me every period i put something very cold on me stomach and crawl up into a ball then when it is very cold i then hold the spot with my hand i also try to take pills but i usually throw them up usually i fall asleep with the cold thing on my tummy but really nothing makes it go away but that helps

  3. Hi go to your local health food storeand get some magnesium tabs dare brill, hope dis works

  4. cinnamon stick tea works well for my sisters.

  5. Take a hot shower and stay right under the water. it will help for a little, keep a heating pad on you stomach and fall asleep! yes advil will work.  also drink chamomile tea and maybe a cracker or toast.  If you can manage to fall asleep, you'll be all better

  6. eek!! get some midol. for sure.

  7. try midol or advil

and put a heating pad on it and just lay down and relax

also drink water or eat a banana

  8. omg that so sucks!!!

    i'm so sorry.

usually i just endure the pain.

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cramps

    there's something in theree.

hopefully u reading it will make u forget about ur cramps for a bit =]

hope u get well soon okiee

  9. There are pills you can get to stop the pain but personally i get a big bar of chocolate and invite my girl friends round and watch a movie, even if you don't feel up to it, it helps loads

  10. I would highly recommend Advil Liqui-Gels, they are so good for cramps.  In the meantime you could try a hot water bottle or heating pad.

  11. i have the exact same problem :(

  12. Take Advil! Get a heating pad and take a nap!!!

Another note about Advil: if you take it a little before your period when you're getting PMS cramps, it helps lessen your cramps overall, make your period shorter and decrease the blood flow.

  13. Advil, Midol, or bananas. also a heating pad. Sorry, that sounds painful. Ah, the joys of being a girl. Not.

  14. I take 4 ibuprofen and a midol. It works..

my doctor said that i could, so I don't know if you could, but It does work..

  15. If you have not already taken medicine, then try 1000 mg of Tylenol.  Then get a heating pad or hot water bottle and lay on the bed.  Try not to puke because using those muscles will aggravate the  muscles that cause cramps.  For the future, stay away from salt at least a week before your period is supposed to start.

  16. Take some pain-killers to take the edge off, is what I do if I get bad cramps.

    You can also try:

    - a hot bath, it can help relax the muscles

    - hot-water bottle on your back/abdomen

    - exercise. Its the last thing you feel like doing but it really can help ease the cramps.

    - have s*x/m********e - an o****m can help relax the cramping or backache.

    - sitting or lying with your knees up towards your chest or strecthed out - it sometimes helps if I move about and try different positions to sit or lie in until I'm comfortable.

  17. try Tylenol. or midol :]

  18. Massage your stomach or the area that is cramping. Try to lie on your back and unfold yourself a little... even though it feels better, folding in doesn't do anything progressive for the cramps.

So, yeah. Rub your stomach. It's the same thing that people do for charlie horses, which is probably the equivalent of what you have, just in a different area.

Take any Midol yet? That helps cramping, too.

    Good luck! :D

  19. Try midol or advil always works for me. But they sonds pretty bad i would go talk to a doctor about it.
