Major retailer contacting me about recent fall at store.?

My mother fell at a store recently. She went to the hospital to be checked out. Now I am getting phone calls and a letter from their Claims department. They want us to contact them within 30 days. All seems ok, but I don't have the doctor's bill yet. Should I call them? Is the 30 days just a veiled threat so they can close their books and determine if we wish to pursue this further. If she's OK, I would like the hospital bill to be paid.

  1. Get in touch with the store constantly if you really want to get your hospital bill paid by them.
