how do you do the spin?

been doing majorettes since i was 12 and i still cant do it

Wow majorettes thats so cool. I wish we had majorettes where I live. (we only have colorguard) Here are some videos I found on how to do different types of twirls.  I hope one of these was the spin you were looking for. Best of luck!

Doing a spin is a basic move. First, you have to do a thumbtoss. (I assume you can do that.) Toss it up high over your head and spin to the left. Catch the baton in your right hand (for starters.) You will be able to spin faster if you wrap your arms around your body when you spin.
