  1. Are you asking how to set your home page to a website in the USA?

    To set your home page on Internet Explorer:

    Go to "Tools" at the top of your browser screen and select "Internet Options" at the bottom of the drop-list.

    Click on "Internet Options" and it will open a window.  First thing listed under the "General" tab is box to enter the URL for the site you wish to set as your home page.

    If you have a browser other than Internet Explorer, then I can't help you, but I'm sure they are all very similar.
