use brown eye liner and mascara  also try using  peach , silver,  and chocolate copper ( my favorite ) eyeshadow these colors will make blue eyes look 3D ............ and for your hair try wearing chocolate copper shirts or anything near the brown family....................wear silver earings and peach lip gloss
