Make a list?

Jed empitied his piggy bank in which he kept only 10c, 20c and 50c coins. He ground that he had 20 coins to the value of $5. He offered to buy lunch for any class mate who could work out how many 10c coins he had!

Jed's class mates complained that 4 different answers were possible! So Jed gave an extra clue. He said that the number of 20c coins is less than half the number of 50c coins. Now find ow many 10c coins were in the piggy bank.
