I can't really do pen pal stuff-- but I can write a bit here for you.

It sounds like you are pretty good at speaking English already.  Maybe you could read some old questions, and answers on this site.  You could also watch movies in English.  

I'm not really sure what else to suggest.  Good Luck though!

Try some language exchange sites on the internet.

Just type "language exchange" in www.google.ca and you'll find your way through some in your local area.

Also check your local library. They probably have conversation classes for free sometimes.
